Kia ora! I'm Charlotte Wilson, and I've been with CasinosHub since Jack and I launched it back in 2011. What can I say? Nearly 15 years in this industry and I'm still as passionate about player advocacy as day one.

My journey in the casino world started long before CasinosHub, I spent years on the other side of the table as a VIP account manager and customer support agent for some of the industry's leading operators. That experience taught me everything about what separates a ripper casino from one that'll leave you frustrated. I've seen the good, the bad, and the downright dodgy, and now I use that knowledge to help players navigate this space safely.

Based in Auckland, I've spent my entire adult career immersed in the casino industry one way or another. Every week, I'm hands-on testing new casinos, scrutinizing banking methods, and putting operators through their paces. I don't just write reviews from a distance, I play, I test, I engage directly with both players and casino teams to ensure my insights reflect the real player experience.
